    Notes:

1. 10% VAT (value added tax) is ADDED to the above rates  at checkout.
2. Gratuity of (11%), Tourism Development Levy 2% & a GO GREEN surcharge of US$7.70 per room/night is ADDED to the above rates at checkout.
3. Single Occupancy - 10% Discount applied to the above rates.
4. Children/Extra Person 0-17 free in room with parent (max 2 in Deluxe 2 double bed room). Extra person + US$35 per night.
5. Early Departure . A penalty of one night charged for checkouts prior to the booked departure date.
6. DEPOSIT- A 3 night deposit is required to confirm  the reservation.
7. CANCELATION & NO-SHOW POLICY A one  night charge will be imposed if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. No Shows shall be deemed to be cancellations and billed for 100% of reservation cost.

b) WEDDING IN PARADISE - JUST THE TWO OF US - US $ 725.00 +10% VAT
The perfect romantic location to tie the knot. You can choose to get married in church, or on Oualie Beach! The couple must be on island at least two working days prior to wedding ceremony.

c) HONEYMOON SPECIAL - US $ 625.00 ( price for two!)
This romantic special includes taxi to and from the airport to the Hotel; a welcome cocktail on arrival; a bottle of French Champagne in the room; breakfast for two on a morning of your choice served on your private oceanfront veranda; an exhilarating sail and snorkelling trip on a catamaran; a romantic candlelight dinner for two on the oceanfront; and 50 minutes each of deep tissue, Swedish, energy balancing massage therapy.

Room Types

The rooms are spaciously scattered along the beach in single and two storey Gingerbread Cottages that reflect the traditional Caribbean style architecture of the Island. All rooms have large, cool screened verandas offering uninterrupted views of the beach and neighbouring island of St Kitts. The three room classifications are Deluxe, Studio and Premier.

Deluxe -  1 Queen Bed:
Situated 40-60 feet from the beach, the Deluxe rooms are fully equipped with all the amenities you can expect from a four star hotel. These include air-conditioning, fridge/mini bar, iron and board, hairdryer, shower, alarm clock/radio, cable TV, coffee maker and electronic safe. These rooms have one queen sized mahogany four poster bed. A max of 3 occupants are allowed using an additional rollaway bed if required. The total room size is 410 sq ft of which 120sq ft is the screened in covered porch.

 Deluxe -  2  Double Beds:
As above  but with two double beds  allowing a max of 4 occupants.

 Studio - 1 Queen Bed:
There are only two of these rooms at Oualie. They are equipped similarly to the Deluxe rooms with the exception that they have full kitchen facilities and  have one mahogany queen sized four-poster bed. The studios all have doors that can connect to adjacent Deluxe rooms to form suites that are ideal for families. A max of 3 occupants are allowed using the sofa bed.

Premier - 1 King Bed:
These spacious rooms are larger than the Deluxe rooms and are luxuriously appointed with all mahogany furniture including a king-sized four-poster bed. The rooms have the same amenities as available in the Deluxe rooms but also have a VCR. The huge bathrooms have a "his and her's " double sink granite vanity and shower. The total room size is 570sq ft of which 120sq ft is the screened in covered porch. A max of 3 occupants using a rollaway bed if required.

Executive Suite - 1 King Bed:
This one bedroom suite provides our guests with the comfort of home. Amenities include wireless internet access, cable TV, minibar, coffee maker, airconditioning,  hair dryer, electronic safe, alarm clock radio, a king sized four poster bed, a comfortable seating area and a work desk (just in case!). The executive suite is on the second storey and can connect to an adjacent deluxe room with two double beds which is ideal for families. The total room area is 690 sq ft of which 130 sq ft is the screened in covered porch. A max of 3 occupants is possible using a rollaway bed if required.
